Portable Chassis with 3 Feeders

This equipment started life a simple solution for blending 2 or more aggregate materials. Extra functionality was added at a later stage.

The plant is configured as an Emulsion Batch Mixer. The chassis contains the three aggregate hoppers with belt feeders, hydraulic drive system powered by a diesel engine and automatic control system.

A weigh hopper is mounted at the delivery end of the conveyor. Each batch is checked prior to discharge into the mixer. The twin shaft batch mixer and emulsion spray bar are mounted under the weigh hopper and the completed batch is discharged directly into the truck tipper or the ground.

The unit carries the diesel and emulsion tanks on the same chassis. In order to lower the center of gravity an auger is placed beneath the mixer to transport the material to the discharge point.
